Kaiser Permanente: Washington
They have a two-year program where nurses take part in monthly professional development activities, including working with nurse practitioner mentors to complete and present evidence-based projects. You can choose area of practice for your residency, including Women’s Health. I feel that this could be really beneficial as it will bring work experience. After learning from them I could contribute much of my knowledge as I am always open to learning.
Phillips School of Nursing
Unique opportunity for advanced study in high demand clinical areas including Critical Care/ED, Peri-Operative, and Community/Home Nursing (RN-BSN Program). For this nursing program I could bring excitement to learn and experience new things.

She is an Instagram influencer who presents herself in a bubbly way. Most of her feed is informational and helpful for learning. She appears approachable very experienced. A lot of her posts are funny and appeal to all generations.

Her Instagram is very aesthetic, nice to look at. Because of this it is a page that will draw much attention. She appears knowledge and experienced.
By using a website I could advertise myself to other people who will potentially run into it. I believe if I build a social media base, that would be quite helpful in my hiring process. On the website I would talk about good qualities about myself and all the skills I could contribute. A website would also be like a thorough resume where I elaborate in detail all that I can offer. After doing research on the audience that I want to communicate with, I would put down traits that they wish to see in a potential candidate as well as other traits that other candidates may not have.
